The first conversation is free. An initial ranch visit costs $1,500 plus agreed travel expenses. The fee applies only if we both agree to the visit.

We get to know the ranch and your goals, then decide together whether to work together. Monthly service begins only after we agree to continue.

01 / STANDARD ONGOING SERVICE

Applied judgment.
On an operating ranch.

The monthly fee combines an acreage base with a per-head charge. Your ranch has its own weekly or biweekly working meetings, periodic visits as needed, and work with your people between meetings to move agreed actions forward.

One rate applies to the entire herd. At 251 head, every head is charged at $6; above 1,000 head, every head is charged at $4. These are not stepped bands.

Your ranch’s own meetings are included. The shared weekly working sessions are also included, with no additional annual fee.

SHARED WEEKLY SESSIONS

Weekly working sessions

For people working through Whole Management themselves, including course participants. Work through the process, share what you have been doing, and learn together. Included with ongoing and enterprise packages; training is priced separately.

STANDALONE TRAINING

Whole Management training

Individual: $125 per person
Ranch group: $1,500 per group

For people who want to learn Whole Management and apply it themselves. Available remotely by Zoom or Microsoft Teams, or in person with a trainer who travels to you. In-person training is priced at the rates above, plus travel expenses. Group arrangements are discussed before booking.

03 / RANCH ACQUISITION

Ranch acquisition assistance is a separate offering, priced on the acreage of the ranch purchased.

Acquisition assistance: $2.50 per acre purchased
Retainer: $2,500

The retainer counts toward the final fee. The total is $2.50 multiplied by the acres purchased. The $2,500 retainer is credited against that amount—not added on top.
